Ahmed Ramiz

This is an excellent book written by a highly respected retired Senior Police Officer. His observations on the changes which have affected the Police Over the last forty years are reminder to those who served throughout that time of the effect of increasing bureaucracy and politicisation of the service. In my view this book should be read by Members of Parliament, Local Governement Officials and elected representatives and most importantly anyone in the Police Service seeking any managerial role. I couldn’t put it down.
